    Learn how to use SimplyBuilt's chat feature and get the personal support you want right in the app!

    • Log into your SimplyBuilt account.
    • Look toward the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
    • Click on the chat icon.
    • You can also access the chat icon from within the editor.
    • A team member will see your question and help you find the answer.
    • You will get an email notification when an agent has responded.
    • You'll also see a chat bubble appear in the upper right hand corner when you sign in indicating a team member has responded to your question.
    • We try to get to everyone as soon as possible and look forward to chatting with you!
